Your Building Centers Acquires Berlin Lumber Company

Your Building Centers (“YBC”) has acquired Berlin Lumber Company in Berlin, PA, Somerset County, which is a lumber, truss and building supplies provider that has been serving builders and homeowners for more than 68 years. YBC purchased the company from Doug Brant, Owner/President of Berlin Lumber; and intends to continue to operate under the name of Berlin Lumber.

The acquisition is the third in three years for YBC allowing more Pennsylvania residents to benefit from being an Employee Owner and allowing YBC to grow in the Pennsylvania market.
