Hunter Douglas Acquires Stores-Discount.com
Hunter Douglas, the world market leader in window coverings (Luxaflex®) and a major manufacturer of architectural products, has acquired Stores-Discount, the leading e-commerce retailer in France for window covering products.
Stores-Discount based in Villeneuve d’Ascq (France), had sales in 2018 of EUR 21 mln. The company has a production facility in Poland and employs 125 people.
Stores-Discount will continue to operate independently under current management.
Terms were not disclosed.
