Roofers Supply, Inc. of Utah has Joined the SRS Family of Companies

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced that it has acquired Roofers Supply, Inc. (“Roofers Supply” or the “Company”), an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories.  Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1994 by four siblings of the Pappas family, Roofers Supply operates a network of six branches across the state of Utah, servicing professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors, and remodelers.  Dino, George, John, and Stephanie Pappas will continue to lead their dedicated employee base, ensuring continuity and consistency for the Company’s customers and supplier partners.
