Lincoln Lumber, LLC Announces Acquisition of King Lumber Company
Lincoln Lumber, LLC (“Lincoln Lumber” or “we”), headquartered in Conroe, Texas, is proud to announce the acquisition of premium board manufacturer King Lumber Company (“King Lumber”), based in Forest, Mississippi.
King Lumber Company is one of the premier board manufacturers in the United States, with over 40 million board feet produced annually, while Lincoln Lumber, LLC provides high quality, value-added wood products, all grades of southern yellow pine dimensional lumber and many imported species, as well as southern yellow pine boards to its customers across the United States. The combined operations will provide in excess of 60 million board feet of southern yellow pine boards to the market annually.
