Report: Court Approves Sales of C&C Wood Products & Westside Logging in Quesnel
According to local news reports, C&C Wood Products Ltd. (HQ: Quesnel, BC), will have a new owner within the next week.
The Williams Lake Tribune reports that on “Wednesday, July 29, B.C. Supreme Court approved the deal PricewaterhouseCoopers made earlier this month with a company named Quesnel Investment Corporation.”
It was also noted that the “non-licence asset purchase agreement is expected to close within five business days and the forest and timber licences purchase agreement is expected to close by October 31, 2020.”
