Sidca Trading Announces Acquisition of Western Wood Preservers, Aldergrove BC
Sidca Trading located in Vancouver, BC has entered into an agreement to purchase Western Wood Preservers located in Aldergrove, British Columbia. The acquisition is scheduled to close on June 30th, 2021. The acquisition will further vertically integrate Sidca Trading’s’ Supply chain and will compliment the 2018 acquisition of Socco Forest Products located in Sumas, Washington.
Rick Sidhu (President) of Sidca Trading stated, “We are very excited with the addition of Western Wood Preservers which aligns well with both our product offering and growth strategy within the LBM Space”.
Western Wood Preservers was founded in 1985 and is a custom treating facility focusing on CCA treatment of Shakes, Shingles, Timber’s and Poles serving clients in British Columbia and Washington.
