Cornerstone Building Brands Appoints Colleen Pritchett President, U.S. Windows

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (the “Company”), the largest manufacturer of exterior building products in North America, announced today that Colleen Pritchett has joined the Company as President, U.S. Windows. In her role, Ms. Pritchett will lead the Company’s U.S. residential windows and doors business. She will assume the role effective August 29, 2022, and report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Rose Lee.

Ms. Pritchett brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience and demonstrated success improving operations and expanding product portfolios through innovation and growth strategies in industrial, electronics and aerospace industries. Most recently, Ms. Pritchett served as President, Americas Aerospace, a division of Hexcel Corporation, where she was responsible for a P&L business valued at over a billion dollars, as well as several thousand employees.

Prior to Hexcel, Ms. Pritchett spent 22 years in various roles of increasing responsibility with DuPont, where she gained extensive global and cross-functional leadership experience. Ms. Pritchett received her Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She also has leadership training from the Harvard Business School Leadership Program and Women in Governance Program at UCLA.
