Kelsey Spitz-Dietrich Named Chief Commercial Officer of UCS Forest Group
It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Kelsey Spitz-Dietrich to Chief Commercial Officer of UCS Forest Group.
Kelsey brings extensive experience to the role, most recently spearheading technology projects to transform the business and drive it forward into the digital space. The work she has led has enabled innovative and efficient ways of operating and a new digital experience for our customers.
In this new, expanded leadership role, Kelsey will drive our commercial strategy to support growth through marketing, digital customer experience, product development, sustainability and innovation.

Kelsey joined UCS in 2020, after 6 years of consulting in social innovation, including at the renowned MaRS Discovery District in Toronto working for SIG (Social Innovation Generation), a not-for-profit organization with the goal of fostering social innovation across Canada. She co-authored the book Social Innovation Generation: Fostering a Canadian Ecosystem for Systems Change in 2017 and co-developed the Spitz Fellows Program for Indigenous Women at the University of British Columbia. Kelsey is also a visiting lecturer, teaching Innovation for Social Impact at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in Ontario. In 2022, Kelsey was recognized as an honoree of the Woodworking Network’s 40 under 40 class of 2022 for her extraordinary work advancing innovation, inclusion, and sustainability across the company.
