Dan Quinn Joins Spartan Forest Products as Central States Lumber Consultant

Spartan Forest Products announced Daniel Quinn has joined the company as Lumber Consultant for the central region of the United States. In this position, Quinn will work with customers and lumber product producers throughout the Unites States but with particular industry focus in the Mid-West and Central regions.

Quinn, a 20-year veteran in the lumber industry, has experience as a southern yellow pine lumber broker specializing in outdoor wood, panels and specialty dimensional wood products. His in-depth knowledge of sales, purchasing and logistics in the lumber industry provides Spartan customers with a skilled and reliable source for lumber products.

He works as a matchmaker between specialty lumber mills and manufacturers, distributors and builders, to ensure that supply meets demand to the express benefit of both parties. Spartan Forest Products focus goes beyond that of traditional lumber traders by offering expertise in hardwoods, thermally modified and KDAT lumber, and eastern white pine, in addition to traditional dimensional lumber, panel and building products.
