BuildDirect Announces Key Change to Senior Management

The Company announces that Matthew Alexander is resigning as the Interim-Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective January 26, 2024 to pursue another career opportunity and will work with the Company prior to his departure to ensure a smooth transition for the management team and the Board.
