Scott Gates to Resign From Western Window Systems

On October 27, 2019, Scott Gates notified PGT Innovations, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will resign his position as President of the Company’s Western Business Unit and its Western Window Systems business, effective January 31, 2019.

Following his resignation, Mr. Gates plans to establish a social entrepreneurship organization that will provide jobs, skills training and career paths for those in prison and former inmates.
