Home Hardware’s Dunc Wilson Announces Retirement after 50 Years of Service in the Industry
Dunc’s position of Senior Director of Business Development has been a pivotal role in expanding new growth and sales for Home Hardware’s Dealer network. After 12 years of leading new business and operations roles for Home Hardware Stores Limited, Dunc Wilson has announced his retirement.
“I want to thank Dunc for helping to lead and grow this business, and for being a role model and friend for the many years we have worked together,” said Darrin Noble, Vice President of Operations, Home Hardware Stores Limited. “I am fortunate to have learned from Dunc’s years of expertise and advice and have truly enjoyed working with him.”
“I have been fortunate to have had a very interesting and satisfying career in Retail spanning over 50 years,” said Dunc Wilson, Senior Director of Business Development, Home Hardware Stores Limited. “The last 12 years with Home Hardware have been truly special. They have given me the opportunity to work with wonderful people and companies, including several competitors and industry associations – many of whom have become close, personal friends.”
Dunc Wilson will retire from Home Hardware Stores Limited on Friday, April 24, 2020.
