Kodiak Building Partners Announces Retirement of Chief Human Capital Officer Sue Lords
Kodiak Building Partners announced that Sue Lords, Kodiak’s Chief Human Capital Officer, has retired from the company.
Lords joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources in 2018 and was promoted to Chief Human Capital Officer in 2020. She also served as a founding board member of the Kodiak Building Partners Foundation for two years.
During Lords’ tenure as Chief Human Capital Officer, she led Kodiak’s people strategy and was responsible for planning, developing, and administering the human resources practices and programs in accordance with the goals and objectives of Kodiak with company leadership. Lords retires with over 30 years of industry experience including roles at ProBuild Holdings, the Strober Organization, and the Colorado Governor’s Office of Information and Technology.
